InfoReady Inc. has an immediate employment opportunity for an experienced, versatile Content Marketing Manager.  This role will drive the growth of our established, market leading software solutions in the higher education sector. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for content marketing and PR execution at InfoReady. This person will be responsible for lead generation and pipeline expansion leading to the revenue acquisition and growth.

Content Development Responsibilities:

Develop content related to customer spotlights, customer case studies, thought leadership articles, product marketing for targeted lead gen campaigns, newsletters, social media outreach, conferences, blogs, PR etc.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate adequate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) to fill the sales pipelines of the company

  • Execute and enhance targeted lead gen email campaigns

  • Manage and run social media outreach

  • Coordinate and distribute monthly newsletters and webinars

  • Manage customer and prospect databases

  • Build and manage media relationships and PR

  • Manage and run the company’s presence at industry conferences

  • Create a marketing calendar, lead gen reports, campaign analytics, etc.

  • Other marketing projects, as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Marketing execution experience into the Higher Education sector is a plus

  • Comprehensive understanding and the ability to use industry-standard tools

  • Preferred: Knowledge of HubSpot and basic design software

  • 5 years of B2B software product marketing experience

  • Driven, self-starting and independent professional

  • Strong passion, high energy and enthusiasm for growth

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in a start-up, high pace environment
