The individual selected for this role will be responsible for content marketing and PR execution at InfoReady. Content Development Responsibilities:

Develop content related to customer spotlights, customer case studies, thought leadership articles, product marketing for targeted lead gen campaigns, newsletters, social media outreach, conferences, blogs, PR etc.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Generate adequate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) to fill the sales pipelines of the company

  • Execute and enhance targeted lead gen email campaigns

  • Manage and run social media outreach

  • Coordinate and distribute monthly newsletters and webinars

  • Manage customer and prospect databases

  • Build and manage media relationships and PR

  • Manage and run the company’s presence at industry conferences

  • Create a marketing calendar, lead gen reports, campaign analytics, etc.

Required Qualifications:

PROJECT MANAGER

Description:

 

InfoReady Inc. has an immediate employment opportunity for an experienced, versatile Project Manager.  This role will be a critical role in the development of our established, market leading software solutions in the EdTech Sector. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for all project management responsibilities at InfoReady including product development and professional services. This person will apply best software development lifecycle practices to carry on our reputation of on time and within budget delivery.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Facilitate and document requirements-gathering sessions and interviews with appropriate stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Participate in requirements prioritization with client and project team.

  • Work with project stakeholders to define project scope and set goals for project phases.

  • Work directly with project managers, information architects, designers, and developers to ensure on time and on budget project delivery. 

  • Perform project risk mitigation as necessary

  • Assemble business process maps as necessary.

 

Required Qualifications:
 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle methodology & best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or equivalent experience and education.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a project management role.

  • Experience working on edtech software is a plus.

InfoReady Corporation has an Immediate opening for an experienced Senior Account Manager.  This role is a unique blend of Account Management, marketing, and project delivery.  

 

This individual will oversee all aspects of customer needs in relation to InfoReady Scale™ - a technology platform used by Higher Education organizations that provides an amazon-like marketplace solution to promote institution’s programs and opportunities.  InfoReady solutions are already deployed on over 140 college and university campuses.  The individual selected for this role will be responsible for the ownership of a number of InfoReady Scale clients and will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction – a key to the success of the company. 
 
Job Responsibilities:  

 

The first and foremost responsibility is caring about the clients.  We want our clients to be successful and that means the Senior Account Manager must listen to and respect what it takes for the client to be successful.  No two clients are the same, every institution’s culture is different, so this individual must take the time to get to know the institution and what matters to them.  
 

The second responsibility is to help educate the client on how to effectively market their programming.  Our product provides an online marketplace for clients to aggregate their programming.  Our clients are great at assembling the programming but are not marketeers.  This individual will need to mentor, train and support clients as they successful market their programs to increase participation and engagement.
 

Last but not least, the third responsibility includes successfully managing the client project through their deliverables.  This is as much a project management capacity as it is resource management.  Clients have significant workloads with decreased capacity.  Diligently helping them cut through the need to haves versus the nice to haves is critical.  Ensuring the entire project team stays on schedule and is aware of their deliverables as a necessity.
 
Required Qualifications:

 

•    Minimum 5 years of client/product marketing experience.

Responsibilities of the Java Web Developer:
