From the CEO: COVID-19 Updates

Dear InfoReady Customers:
We are writing to inform you of our plans for continued operation and availability during the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic. Our commitment to our customers and the health of our employees are our highest priorities.
In an effort to minimize the advancement of the virus while maximizing our productivity, we have made arrangements for employees to work remotely for the next three weeks or until governmental and health organizations deem it safe to return to communal work spaces. These arrangements include ensuring continual customer support during our standard hours (though potentially with children and pets in the background!). Further, all standard platform maintenance and product development will continue as scheduled. Additionally, our hosting providers are solid and have made arrangements similar to ours to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Over the past several days, we have been communicating heavily with the institutions and organizations we serve around the globe. We know that your work is important. It must continue. Institutions use our software to manage research that could be especially important right now. Institutions also use our software to communicate with students, faculty, staff, alumni, community members and manage various processes. We are proud of our role in this.
