Cal State showcases industry commodity boards

  • April 8, 2020

InfoReady Corporation, a leading provider of workflow software to higher education, announced today that the California State University (CSU) system has adopted InfoReady’s Engagement Hub for its Agricultural Research Institute (ARI). ARI’s multiple purposes include supporting leading statewide commodity organizations like the Almond Board of California, California Leafy Greens Board and the California Prune Board.

The goal, according to ARI Executive Director, Dr. David Still, is not only to bring increased attention to these economically critical organizations, but also enhance the research interest and interactions between them and faculty and students.

Dr. Still, a distinguished researcher himself, adds that “InfoReady’s Engagement Hub helps the public better understand the close collaboration between the state’s commodity boards and the outstanding research being performed here at ARI. We’ve also found the Engagement Hub invaluable in allowing us to profile our faculty, showcase research opportunities, and call attention to the world class agricultural work being conducted at all ARI campuses.”

Engagement Hub™ aggregates a graphic presentation of all relevant opportunities on a single web display, offers one-click “learn more” and register/enroll/give access, and enables key content to be viewed without learning how to navigating a website. For administrators, Engagement Hub and its workflow process back end counterpart, Scale, provide intuitive set-up and use without requiring IT support, elicits greater viewing of opportunities, encourages immediate application and enrollment, and incorporates robust metrics for enhanced intelligence decision-making.

InfoReady Chief Operating Officer, Maurice Collins welcomed Cal State’s Agricultural Research Institute to the Company’s growing family of Engagement Hub users globally. “Higher education is very much about engagement – from engaging prospective and current to students, to faculty, staff, alumni, researchers, legislators, media, and the public – and we’re delighted that CSU’s ARI will now benefit from this secure, Cloud-based engagement platform. Along with our related application, InfoReady Review™, we’re proud to be revolutionizing workflow processes in higher ed to save time, save money, and reduce errors.”
