Our Super Cool Support Forums

Over the last few months we’ve received great feedback about the video training library and FAQs on our new InfoReady Support Portal. Specifically, that the ability to quickly find answers has significantly improved the InfoReady Review experience.

 

The new support portal has another component that can be useful in your quest for answers: forums! There are several different forum sections, all which provide different ways of sharing knowledge and interacting with peers from other institutions.

 

Here are some current topics:

 

  • InfoReady Review clients interested in collaborating with peers

  • Shared templates

  • Customer spotlights

  • Release information and other InfoReady announcements

  • Feature requests

 

And the best reason to get familiar with our forums: In the coming months, we’ll be announcing a feature request vote that will take place in the forums to help shape our July release!

 

Wondering how to get to the forums? After logging in to InfoReady Review, click ‘Help’ in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and click the link labeled ‘Review Help’. This will take you to the support portal. From there, click the ‘Forums’ tab, and voila!

 

InfoReady’s forums can be a valuable resource as you continue using InfoReady Review. We look forward to seeing you there!
